Your User ID is a unique identifier for your game account and it contains all of your saved game progress. Our team may request your User ID to help you in some cases.
If you haven't linked your account with a Game Center or Google Play account, we also recommend keeping a record of your User ID for backup!
Find your current User ID in the game:
1. Tap on the Settings icon in the top right corner.
2. Your User ID will be displayed at the bottom of the settings menu for you to screenshot or note down.
If you can't enter the game, on the app launch screen:
When your User ID appears under the loading bar, take a screenshot!
