- Ensure that your network connection is both strong and stable. A strong signal can still be interrupted!
- Clear the app cache in your device settings.
- On Android, go to your Settings app> Storage> Apps> RDRSuperstar> Clear Cache.
- On iOS, restart your device to clear the cache.
- Launch the app to try the download again.
