Most issues can be fixed by following one of these solutions. After each step, please check to see if the issue is fixed:
- Install the latest game version.
- Restart the app.
- Clear the app cache in your device settings.
- On Android, go to your Settings app > Storage > Apps > Clear Cache.
- On iOS, restart your device to clear the cache.
- Close all other background apps on your device.
- Check your device storage and free up some storage space if it is nearly full.
- If the RPDR: Superstar app appears to be using an unusually large amount of storage space, reinstalling the app may be recommended. Please ensure you have linked your progress to an external account before uninstalling, and then follow the instructions to restore your progress after reinstalling.
- Switch to a different Wi-Fi connection or cellular data network, then restart the app.
